Changes checking by Support Package?

hai,

applying sapkb62045 package on SAP 4.7c and i want to what changes it will

make to business transaction .Where i can find it's effects in deatils.

Go to that support pack page and click on

Basis Support Package 45 for 6.20 it will show the details of that support pack like the note included with area ( BC,BW,HR etc ) . if you go through that u can see what all changes/enhancements/correction that support pack going to make
