Hi,

<b>Outbound Delivery Execution

1. Send outbound delivery creation information

The supplier’s ERP system sends the IDoc DELINF.DELVRY03 or DELINF.DELVRY05 to the XI system which dispatches the information to SAP AII.</b>

The above given information is taken from the SAP help link for Auto ID integration scenario.

Here my question is,

At which point DELINF.DELVRY03 will be triggered from R3 system?

will it be triggered after saving the delivery in VL03N?

What is the Output type used to trigger this IDoc?

Hi Mr. Prabhu,

In this scenario, please explain me detailly step by step in terms of XI, like Integration Repository( Datatype, message type, interface type , messsage mapping and interface mapping) and Integration Directory( Receiver determination, interface determination and Receiver agreement).

Please explain me step by step.

DELINF.DELVRY03 is triggered after saving the delivery.

Output types used to trigger this Idoc is DERQ (Delivery Execution Request).

Thanks for ur response Ashish,

In my R3 there is no DERQ output type in V2 application.

Can i create this one manually?
