Hi. We are using SRM 5.0 ECS with ECC 6.0.

We have a problem:

a. I create a PO in SRM correctly.

b. Transfer PO to ECC its OK.

c. The status in PO SRM is “error in process”

The monitors say “PurchOrder XXXXXX: missing address T001W100”

I run the reports BBP_LOCATION_SET_T001W_NAME and synchronize organizational units but the error persists.

Nevertheless,If I modify some data in the PO status changes to "ordered"

¿any sugestion?

Hi

Have you noticed any short dumps in ST22 transaction in this case in either SRM or ECC system ?

Please paste the complete detailed error details in next reply.

Looks like this is happening due to some OSS note missing in the system.

For faster resolution of the query, please raise a Customer OSS message with SAP as well.

i think this error is because the organization structure was transport from Development system to Quality system.

This problem is only in Quality system.

any suggestion for update this address?
