connect BW to R/3

Hi Experts,

Company A bought one department of Company B.

Company A want to have r/3 and Bw portion of that department.

they copied BW portion. All cube and queries working fine with data in cubes.

Now we got QA side of R/3 from same company B.

How and What will be step to pull data from r/3 to BW.

Please give me detail step and any issues.

You did not mention any thing about are they using same R/3 system and same BW system for Company A and Company B ??

If they both have seperate systems you can follow the same procedure you did it for Company A.

If they have seperate R/3 systems and only one BW system, still you can follow the same procedure as Company A. But you need to do some minor enhancements to identify the data from Company B, such as indifying master data from Compnay B etc...

Hi,

They are using completely separate system for company A and B.

First we just copy BW portion for that department in one system for company B.

then R/3 also copied in different system.

Now R/3 and BW are in different system.

What will be procedure or step by step instruction to

connect r/3 to Bw and load data from r/3 to Bw.

Please little bit detail.
