Problem: There is no iView available for system "SAP_SRM"

Hi people,

We are using SRM 6.0 - Web Dynpro ABAP - and we are facing the following problem when we open an existing shopping cart:

<b>"There is no iView available for system "SAP_SRM": object "sc". For more information, contact your administrator. "

</b>

This issue happens when a Purchaser click on any shopping cart number in the Purchasing overview screen.

Does any body have any idea what is this problem?

Hi Oscar,

Do you use the standard roles or a copy (delta link)?

SRM users should have the right permissions on the folder containing the roles. You can check permissions in Portal Content (right click on folder then Open > Permissions). You should have this kind of permission :

Name : everyone (group)

Administrator : none

End user : checked

Hi Oscar,

You need to Assign the srmservice role to the users.

Rohit
