Does anyone have a typical RFQ rejection letter example_ I would like to see what information is included on this letter (as best practice or common practise)?

In the RFQ rejection letter, generally following information is included -
1) Buyer's reference (RFQ Number)
2) Vendor's Quotation reference
3) Details of the quotation
4) Reasong of rejection.
