Hello,

Visual composer works with a R/3 4.6C connector with UIDPW mapping.

The generic user for UIDPW has all authorizations : SAP_ALL.

No data has been retrieved by using a BAPI (parameters are good and all has been filled).

What can we find the solution ?

What is the good way to debug ?

Thanks a lot

Best regards,

AHENRY

Hi

U can check the BAPI by right clicking on the BAPI and select Test Data Service. here u can give the inputs to the BAPI as in R/3 and check whether the output is coming or not. If the out put is not coming here also then check ur bapi.

Hello,

The problem is resolved. The user mapping was not good on the portal user.

Data has been retrieved now !

We enjoy to use Visual Composer.

Thanks all !

Dear Henry,

I am not able to get data from BI-Query on the portal, even though I can see the data during test query in iView. I am using j2ee_admin user with sap_all authorization.

Could you tell me what you did ?.

Thanks & Regards,

Kushi

Hello Kushi,

Do you use UIDPW method or SAPLOGONTICKET ?

Check your user mapping is correct, it was my problem.

Hi Aurelin

Have you passed the input parameters in the correct format to the BAPI? Test the bapi using webdynpro

Check thread. This will give you a good idea.

Hope this helps.
