SAP XI with BEA Aqualogic or other middleware

Anyone has experience using BEA Aqualogic and SAP XI together? Any special consideration for this scenario ? and for interoperability scenarios in general?

Havent worked on a integration with BEA Aqualogic, but have worked on POC's involving involving SAP XI and SeeBeyond and SAP XI and WebMethods.

The webmethods - XI integration and challenges are highlighted in this blog by my colleague and for SeeBeyond XI integration we use JMS messages.

Normally from my experience an integration with a EAI system is normally done using,

1. JMS adapters

2. SOAP adapters - exposing interfaces as webservices

3. HTTP adapters.
