Internet Scenario for surveys

Hi experts,

how can i use the Survey Suite for an Internet scenario??? in help.sap.com the following is stated:

<i>You can do this by downloading the required HTML survey to your PC. From here, you have two options:

*Copy the HTML survey into any Web site

*Send HTML survey attached to an e-mail

The corresponding options for having the results sent back is http(s).</i>

What does this mean? how do i copy the html survey or send html surve attached to an e-mail?

I am using CRM 5.0.

Hi Noobie,

In a web shop scenario where the customer can have a option of personalize view of the product available to him and product that are available for him as a cross sell and upselling options, the customer can place and Order for himself along with the accessories and track Status of the Order, Or a channel Partner can actuall place an Order on behalf of the customer and Order is replicated to R/3 along with the delivery. Customer is given a link for a survey asking questions for further service options.

hi,

but what i am lookign more on the marketing side. how is this done? all i know is that for the get/send options is i have to choose <b>https</b>. but i can't choose any files since there aren't any. does any one happen to have those XML files?
