Copy the Packaging Mat. type Field from 1 view to another in MM01

I want to copy the Packaging Mat. type Field (MARA-VHART) to Basic Data1 from Sales (General/ Plant).

It currently doesnot exist in Basic Data1

This is similar as how you see Matl Grp Pack.Matls in both the views in material master.

Because this is in MARA table, it is not Plant/ Sales org. specific Field.

I tried config: Assigning Fields to Field Selection Group and reassigning new group, but that does not help.

Please advise. Points will be rewarded.

Hi,

The only option i see is writing a BDC for a Mass Change or through Catt or E-Catt procedure, you can define any no. of fields there to copy and then you need to maintain the data in Excel file correctly, otherwise Ecatt is not going to upload the data.
