Hi,

IT2006 will give the absence quotas for the employee.

Hi,

You can see manually for the Absence Quota 2006 and sub type which is allowed overdrawn for each employee but it is a tedious job better to write a Adhoc Query for this .

If you want to have a look at quota balances you can use transaction code PT50.
