OA - Creating as a mass upload

Hello,

Currently, when we create Outline Agreements (OA) in SAP, we have to limit our additions of materials to the number of lines visible on the screen. This number is dependent on the font size used to view SAP. I have mine set to the smallest size possible and am able to see 25 lines at a time. Consequently, if I have to create an OA, I can only add materials 24 (SAP always shows the last line of the OA at the top) lines at a time.

I would like to know if there is a way to upload an entire Excel spreadsheet of new materials into SAP at one time. The Outline Agreement Update- Upload from Excel to SAP function only allows the update of materials that already exist on the OA.

Hi Judith,

If this is a common activity, I suggest you evaluate 3rd party products which help you easily upload Excel data into any SAP transaction without programming.

We are currently looking at a product from Winshuttle which is very promising.

Other option will be to develop a custom program.
