CRM Product Master Mass Update

Hello Friends,

We have created few materials in CRM itself and also, we have some customizing in CRM product master where we have some custom fields added. We want to create some ~1000 products more and thus need a mass upload program. Is there any program which can create/update CRM product master in one go by reading a CSV or some other format file?

I found another transaction called MASSD. How to use it?

MASSD could be used to for mass update for products/partners but i am not sure if this could be used to create products/partners.
