BR0261E BRBACKUP cancelled by signal 2

I am getting the following error with a scheduled brbackup on ECC server (ECC 6.0, Windows 2003 server and Oracle 10G). The backup was scheduled using Legato Networker (7.3) and the agent for SAP (3.0.2).

This is no a persistent problem, sometimes the backup finish fine and most of the times it fails with the error.

Hi,

Use the "-c force" option when you schedule the backup in the external scheduler.

It would seem to me that it's a permissions issue on the E:\oracle\MIS\sapbackup folder. Have you double checked the permissions of that folder? Definitely odd, however, that it wouldn't happen every time if that's the issue.
