Hi all

i am trying to do the asset transfer from ABT1N

and i am getting this error

Transaction type 230 not possible (no affiliated company specified)

Message no. AA389

Can anyone please help me.

Dear Sir,

Please check the hierarchy of your org stru and if you are not defined the company in oby6 please define. This link is in between two company codes transferring company and acquiring company. This will do.

Please check the transfer variant in additional detail tab for transaction code abt1n.

I had the same problem which had solved with the same.

Hi Nikil,

Try this. Go to T Code AO74 double click T Type 230 and under posting type check box "Do not post to affiliated co." and try to simulate.

Hi,

Please check the following configuration settings:

SPRO > Financial Accounting > Asset Accounting > Transactions > Inter Company Asset Transfers > Automatic Inter Company Asset Transfers > Define Transfer Variants.

SPRO > Financial Accounting > Asset Accounting > Transactions > Determine Transaction Types for Internal Transactions.

Check whether transaction type 230 is assigned for Inter Company Transfers.
