When I try to import a Charts of Account the DTW show this error, I try to use a template but the error is the same, What is the problem?
Hello,
The error message explain about the data you put in the field is exceeding maximum allowable field characters/length. Try to use SDK helpfiles to know the maximum characters per field in your template and then look at your template if there are several fields or one field has data that exceeding maximum allowable characters.

Julio,
You get the Field too small error only when the length of the field in the DTW template is higher than the target column.
The Key columns for COA template
AccountType ActiveAccount CashAccount FatherAccountKey FormatCode
at_Revenues tYES tNO Receivables 122000000100101
Name
Notes Receivable
The above FormatCode is the G/L Account number and would appear in SBO
as 12200000-01-001-01 (if you segment is 8-2-3-2), 'Notes Receivable' is the Name for this G/L Account.
Let me know if I could help further

Hi Julio
If you are using a csv file for your import, it could be that there are commas in one or more of the fields. In that case the comma is a delimiter and will result in your field(s) being 'pushed' to the wrong column(s).
