Assigned S user and RFC user of destination SAP-OSS are incompatible

hi Guru,

When I use Maintenance Optimizer, I got this:

Fehler: Assigned S user and RFC user of destination SAP-OSS are incompatible

Well in SAP-OSS, the user is OSS_RFC, and I test the connection and authorization test both are OK.

and In AISUSER transaction I entered my S number without the head ZERO.

My another question is : which S number I should use?

a. my own private S user number ,is it OK or

b.must be the user in that system ,and use that system /customer S user number?

In this situation ,I used b. and it comes the error : Assigned S user and RFC user of destination SAP-OSS are incompatible.

please help me to solve this problem! Thank you !

Hello Wei,

in SM59, under Logon & Security, you have to assign a S-User.

For more information, please see the IMG activity "Maintain RFC User for Communication with SAP Service and Support Systems".

Use an S-User (in SAP-OSS and in the IMG Activity (table AISUSER)), which is assigned to the Solution Manager System
