Face to face duration table name

Hi,

We are using the date type FACE2FACE in CRM and capturing the duration using A_FACE2FACE in CRM. We are using this in activities.

What we can't seem to locate is the table name which stores the duration of the face to face contact captured in the activitiy. Does anyone know which table I should look at? I know there is a related BADI CRM_APPOINTMENT_BADI that is used if activity spans more than 1 day.

But our goal is to locate the table name and fields. Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi,

This data would be stored in tabels SCAPPT ( if its User-Specific Appointments) or SCGENAPPT ( (regular or group appointments ).

you can search by APPT_TYPE = 'FACE2FACE'

Hi Kiran,

Thanks for that but I still cannot locate the duration field for the face2face field. There are no face2face appt_types in the tables specified.

Do you know if there is another table where this duration could be stored?

Hi, I have a basic question. I am looking for a duration type which is working in the way that that has the start time when the document is opened end and has the end time when the document is closed.

I don't know if the duration type: A_FACE2FACE is wokring that way?
