can we save/generate lead without qualification?

Hi CRM Experts,

Can we generate/save a lead without qualification?(Automatic/manual). But we are using questionaire in lead.

My client doesn't want qualification for lead.

Points will be rewarded.

Hi

Sree, you can generate and save leads with out qualification bcoz qulaification comes later stages of creating a new lead when you put questioneer depends up on the answer s he will be categorised as a Hot, cold , or warm but intially you can create a lead, if you client don't want questioneer to be added then IMG>CRM> Basic settings> Transaction> Seetings for leads>

> Assign Questioneer>Questioneer for leads

here don't assign any questioneer automatically , you will meet the business requiremnt,

Hi Sree,

Yes this is possible. Questionaier in Lead is not mandatory. So the status of that is also not manadatory.

You can create the Default manual qualification as blank.
