Dear All,
We SNP OPT for planning the scenario, Planning results shows information message as "Production process model/PDS PPM_INC000000000000006@1005: Inconsistent resource usage"
What Does this mean Which Resource i need to check for this?
And in result log for planned orders created shows the message "PPM_INC000000000000023@1006" i cant understand Which PPM is inconsistent. i gone to details it shows AnyGUID as "Hmj7ALtO03820000h10ABm" where should i find this?
Thank You all in advance.
Regards,
Amol
hi,
from table /SAPAPO/TRPROD --> Note down trpid of PPM,
go to table /SAPAPO/RESPPM --> note down resuid linked to the PPM
from //OM16 or table /SAPAPO/RESKEY --> resource name is available
if you are using active variant in Resource master, make sure using only 01 / 02 to consider by optimizer.

Thank You Very much Chava,
But i am not clear as to get TPRID from table /SAPAPO/TRPROD you have to enter PPM name, But i am unable to find the PPM name itself.
As it shows the error as PPM_INC000000000000052@1002 in Result log (IT_PROMO) and in Message log it shows the message
"Production process model/PDS PPM_INC000000000000002@1004: Inconsistent resource usage" and in dignosis it shows "Production process model PPM_INC000000000000001@1004 uses resource RES_INC000000000000001@1004, but the required quantities (fixed and variable) are always 0."
Can you educate on the same Will this messages affects the planning results.

Did you check table /sapapo/trprod ? The ID of PPMs are generally there.

Hi,
This is a valid table in APO.
/SAPAPO/RES_HEAD will give the resource name mapped to the internal ID.
while /SAPAPO/LRPRSMAP is a table which gives the WFM resources(System Resources) mapping to the GUID.
Hope these will help...

Dear Amol,
Please check /SAPAPO/LRPRSMAP which is a mapping table for Resources.
this table requires GUID and the logical system to be entered.
Hope this solves the problem. if not please elaborate the scenario.

Dear Amol,
SAP creates an internal id for all Products, Locations, Orders etc. To identify the mapped Code for these IDs we have to check the same in several Tables like:
/sapapo/matmap for material mapping
/sapapo/locmap for location mapping
same is there for PPM Mapping.
i dont remember the name of the table now.... same can be checked in se16.
Hope this solves your problem...

When i search for the same in tables GUID is not found.
I am unable to find the resources with inconsistent usage.
Please Help..
Alloted points will allot full as soon as get the ans.i am searching for the same.
