disp+work.exe dispatcher stopped

Dear All,

When we start SAP server it goes to green but after 2 min it becames yellow,

In WP -Process all process status show us ended

This my production server,

OS : - Windows 2000 server

database : - Informix

plz help me in this

Check if your database is up and running.

Check your DEV_DISP trace file for error messages.

The pb is not with the dispatcher : it stops because all its child processes crash.

Check DEV_W0 trace file.

1. ensure that sapstartsrv.exe and disp+work.exe has the same version level.

2. what is the content of dev_w0 on Oct 10 15:21:43 2007 ?

Note: your kernel release 620 is not longer supported by SAP Support, please consider upgrade to kernel 640.
