Hi all,
I'm facing the following problem: we would like to redirect all mails going through mail address xxx@mycompany.com to exactly one IC agent. My problem is that every agent is receiving this email.
I'm trying to make the between both addresses in transaction SO28 but this does not seem to work. Everyone is getting new emails.

Hello Ignacio,
Did you maintain an organizational model in CRM? The inbox is determined using the organizational model. If you don't have a model everyone is considered to be in the same group/department/organization.
Try to create a organizational unit and assign only the desire agent. Send a mail again and it should only appear in it's inbox.
