Query on pricing

Hi All Experts

What is the difference between a Header Condition and Item condition in pricing ?

What is the need for a header condition as we have products as items in the order and prices should be for products and not at the header level.

Regards

Jessy

Hi Jessy,

W.r.t IMG setting, if you maintain the condition type as header condition type then you have to maintain the value manually in the transaction and the condition type would only appear at the header level.. i.e. the condition type is never relevant to product(Item).

If you maintain condition type as item level then you can determine the condition using condition records and it would appear at item level.

But u can even maintain condition types that are ven item level and header level.. thus you can see the condition in header and item level of transaction.. you can even determine the condition type value at item level and aggregate it at header level..
