Cost Sheet Overhead Calculation

Hi

While creation of Cost Sheet......My client Requirement is adding Flat amount of Rs 7/- irrespective of Quantity or Value of the Product...

I am aware of only in % ages Terms the Overheads could be be added.

Please inform me if its possible in Costing Sheet a Flat Amount & how can I implement it

You can use quantity based over head calculaiton rather than % based in this situation. You can put the amount you want as overhead. This is similar to % except you use fixed amount.

How can we use Quantity based overhead calculation while the problem itself to add Rs 7/- irrespective of Quantity or value?

In the step, "Define Quantity based over head rates" (IMG), It is asking to enter the Quantity and Overhead unit of measure.

Please explain me, if it is possible.

Can I know the pupose of adding Rs 7/- irrespective of the quantity and value?

One more thing if it can be agreed to add that Rs 7 in the manufacturing cost, you can go for the activity creation and put rate as Rs 7/-

Hi

You can also define a fixed amount of overhead per unit of quantity produced.

Read documentation on IMG in "Define Quantity based overhead Rates" and

configure your cost sheet accordingly
