Relationships are not available in the expression engine, used both by validations and calculated fields, in the current release. But you follow the main stream of how MDM can/should be improved to serve cusomter's needs:-) Relationships as part of the expression engine are panned for future releases. I don't thinkg it happens in SP3 but hopefuly sometime in 2006.
