Hello Gurus,
In case of Bank Reconciliation, we undergo the following steps:-
Say, Incoming Payment Case,
1<u><b>) Customer Invoice Created</b></u> <b>T-Code---> FB70</b>
Customer a/c Dr
To Sales a/c
<u><b>2) Customer pays cheque</b></u>---> Create Money Receipt --> <b>T-Code-> F-28</b>
Cash/Cheque in Hand a/c Dr
To Customer a/c
<u><b>3) Cheque deposited to Bank</b></u> <b>T-Code -
> ???????????</b> Incoming Payments a/c Dr
To Cash/Cheque in Hand a/c
<u><b>4) Bank Statement uploaded in to SAP and the following entry is created automatically (Bank Reconciliation)</b></u>
<u><b>For amounts/line items that match.</b></u>
Bank Balance a/c Dr
To Incoming Payments a/c
For line items that do not match, adjusting entries have to be created.
<b>T-Code-> ???</b>
For unidentified amounts, that have to be sent to a Suspense a/c.
<b>T-Code----> ????</b>
Now, gurus, I have a few questions on the above. They are as followes:-
a) Which T-Code do we use to enter the 3rd entry ie when we deposit the Cheque to the Bank.
b) What is the T-Code for entering adjustment entries?
c) What is the T-Code for entering the suspense a/c entry?
I would be very grateful, if someone answers the above queries.

Debojit Dey
Debojit,
You can use the normal G/L Entry T Code FB01 for doing adjustment entries and to a Suspense A/C - Of course, to distinguish them from the normal transactions use a seperate document type for these ones.
Hope that helps..
Thanks,
Nandita
