Purchase Order Report Showing Delivery Date

Hello All

I am looking for a report which will show Purchase orders with delivery date . something like ME2N but it is not showing delivery date.

I was looking for the same and I finally find out in report ME2N you can Press Delivery Schedule icon or (Shift+F11) and you will get the delivery date.

This is the best answer, it will get you the desired results quickly and in proper format.

The other options by changing scope list takes a lot of processing time and gives you an outdated report that is not in row format.

Hi Yogesh,

You customize a new scope of list in SPRO->MM->PURCHASING->REPORTING with alv grid tick, & in same me2m use that & click on delivery tab in report you will get delivery date. this is the only way what i have explored.

Click on Delivery schedule button inside ME2N report.

Same applies to ME2L.

Hi,

Goto ME80FN execute

After execution you will be able to see a icon called " Change View" ( last icon ) there you can have an option of changing the layout as per PO with delivery date.

Thanks for the useful answer but i want delivery date as a search criteria also.

I.e. I wanted to see PO for a delivery date range and in result it will show PO docs with indiviual delivery dates.

Check in ME2M and ME2l, these two reports are having delivery date as search criteria. Sorry but it wont give the individual delivery dates.

Try explorijng the same report with the option of using dynamic selections with the field Lastest GR date.

You can view the Delivery date, in Scope of List "Best" you cann't get the Delivery date

Change the Scope of List to "ALLES" --Everything Possible in ME2N you will get the delivery date also.

Vishal : I am looking for a standard report and not table.

Ranga : In SPRO field delivry date in not there under new scope of list

Chidanand: Boss ALLES not giving delivery date.

Please tell me some other way.

check table EKET in SE16

U will get desired report as per requirement

If u want modify report as per need..Go to setting>Format list>choose fields

I hope u will get required info by this report
