Hi Guys,
In our R3 system, our customers have a '£' or '€' in their name depending on which country they are from. However in BI, the '€' changes to a '#'. I have added to trans RSKC, but still no change - any suggestions?

No, nothing.
In the PSA it appears as # but in RSA3 in R3 it appears as a € - so there needs to be something in BI to recognise the € symbol.
