Local UDDI registry with web application server 7.0 abap??

Hi all,

1. question:

Is it possible to set up a local UDDI registry with web AS 7.0 ABAP???

Or is generally a Web AS Java necessary??

2. question:

If i publish my web service to the sap uddi (uddi.sap.com) who can have a benefit of that?? The web service is running only in my sap system!! Where is the advantage??
