Hi to All,

For revaluation of asset do we actually require new revaluation area or i can revalue in same normal book depreciation area.

Hi eric,

Sorry but i could not get your point.

I want to revaluee my assets.

Now i have 01 as book depreciation in My chart of depreciation .Can i revalue amount of asset in this dep area itself or i need a separate depreciation area for revaluation.

Sorry, I thought I wrote in English... But the answer is strictly yes, you do the revaluation in the currently existing depr. areas and you should not create a new are for that.

hi Tanuja,

you do in current depreciation area otherwise it would be not revaluation (but new depr. area)
