Hi,
While creating an info record in me11
I enter
Vendor 394
Material : 100196
Pur org : SG11
Plant : SG03
And I am getting the error - " Condition type is not defined "

Yes the purchasing organisation SG11 is assigned to the plant SG03 as well.
One more point -- this info record exists at the Purchasing organisation (SG11) already. Now the user wants it plant specific.
This info record already exists at the purchasing organisation level SG11. Now they want to make it plant specific
check if the pur. organisation is assigned to the plant in SPRO --> enterprise structure --> Assignment --> Materials management

Please check if you have assigned scema in vendor master
And prior you have created schema group and assigned it to pur org.in SPRO
