Customer team structure for PI / XI
We are currently doing a conceptual study for the implementation of SAP NetWeaver PI / XI. On the technical track we are fine, also on the cost benefit side.
Nevertheless, customer is asking one tricky question on the organizational part:
How should his team (organization, headcount, roles) look like to best support the PI infrastructure?
How many XI developers, should they be located in the development teams?
How many XI basis resources, should they be located in the support and operations team?
Our quantity structure is: around 200 Interfaces, expected volume around 350 GB.
If somebody has some real life experiences and project examples on this organizational topic, every input is highly appreciated.

According to number of objects we are geting,we have to deside..in my case my project is of 140 interfaces and complete XI development who are experienced are 10 and remaining 10 are junio developers.

Minimum there should be 5 and in that 3 sholud be Experience guys.
