Linking SLFN to ZDCR
I had managed to successfully created customerize change request ZDCR. Tested ok.
However, when i try to trigger zdcr from a service desk message via Action-> Create Change Document. It creates sdcr instead of zdcr.
How or where do you configure in slfn to trigger zdcr?
Transaction <b>CRMC_ACTION_DEF</b>, find <i>Action Profile</i> AI_SDK_STANDARD (if you you use standard one). Then in tree go to <i>Action Definition</i>, find your action, select it, in tree choose <i>Processing Types</i>. I think that there will be method CRM_DNO_ORDER - change <i>Processing Parameters</i> to needed value
