Flat File datapackage Issue

Hi All,

Iam trying to load data from a flat file which contains 9 millions of records.The file is located in application server which is of unix platform.Iam trying to increase the data package size to 1 million in RSCUSTV6.It is getting saved.Once i open the IP and check the settings i see data transfer size as 1000.when i Re-set to 1 million in IP the settings made in RSCUSTV6 are getting Re-set to 1000 again.I also tried to load data.But it is taking only 1000 records.Please let me know why this is been happened and also please let me know how to increase the data package size in IP as well as RSCUSTV6 now.

Hi Sandeep

In RSCUSTV6 change the package size and log off from the sap system u are logged in and again log in to see the changes.U can see the changes in the Infopackage> Schedule Menu> dataS default data transfer-->Maximum size of a data packet in rows

If u dont log off then u might not see the changes made to the number of records in rscustv6 in IP.
