Hi Gurus,

Express mail is working as usual, but in this case it is not working

when the user login first time..

What could be the problem, any thing need to take option in the workflow.

As long as express messages work (in some cases) there should not be any problem with the workflow itself. Sounds strange though, have you looked for OSS Notes?

Also: do you mean the first time (ever) a user logs in, the first time the user logs in that day, or something else?

yep, user log in first time in that day.
