how to get the bsp application from one server to another server

Can anybody suggest me how to move my bsp application from current server to some other server.

Hi Prasanthi,

BSP Applications and all its objects like Pages, Views , MIMEs etc are all transportable as similar to other ABAP Objects...

So you can transport them similar to normal ABAP Objects...To include them in a transport, what you can do is

1) Create a Workbench request in SE01,

2) Rightclick on the BSP Application --> Other Functions --> Write transport entry, and then put the transport number...

That is the only way to transfer it from one server to another...

Hi Pras,

if you are wanting to move ABAP objects between SAP systems in different transport landscapes you might want to look at SAPLink. This is a SDN Community Project.

Hi Prasanthi,

When you are creating a BSP application it asks for Save. Give a transportable Package here. Then you get a Transportation Request. From here everything is normal. Whatever the pages you create are automatically saved in that Package.

You just transport this request to the other server.
