How to set the priority for Role in Content Management

Dear Sir,

I do the content in Portal and one user has many role, how can I set the priority of Role to show the content in Portal. Where should the priority?

Please kindly advise.

Hi Vimol,

<b>Go to Content Admin --> Portal Content --> select your required Workset in the Role --> using that UP and DOWN button you can place your Workset wherever you want.</b>

Hi,

Content Administration -> Portal Content--> double-click the role you want to set priority to- click properties and find Sort Priority.

In Content Administration -> Portal Content, double-click the role you want to set priority to, click properties and find <b>Sort Priority</b>. The lower the value you set, the higher the priority it gets.
