Activation of the indicator is not permitted

Dear All,

When I use OKEV to maintain Version 0 for fiscal year 2007. there is an erroe message for version 1,"Activation of the indicator is not permitted", but if I use OKEQ, there is no error, but when I come back to OKEV, it happens again.

Hi,

First maintain Controlling area settings for Version 1 in OKEQ and save the data there and then come back top OKEV and try to assign version 1. Now it will accept.

Hello,

The detail error is "You activated an indicator (Plan, Actual, WIP/results analysis or Variance calculation ) in the basic settings for version 1 in controlling area 1000. However, a higher order of settings (general version definition) prevents you from setting this indicator in version 1."

Actual can be only in one version. If it had already been activated in version 0 it will not allow you to activate in other version. That is why it is giving this error message.

If you remove the flag for actual from version 1 you can save it. You can not have the actual to be posted in more than one version.
