Set non-zero value in @error parameter of SBO_SP_TransactionNotification

Former Member

Hello,

If I read the thread I see the following line:

If any, the modified section of the SBO_SP_TransactionNotification will be

checked against returning a non-zero value in the @error parameter. As it would cause a

rollback, returning a non-zero value in @error parameter is not allowed.

For example “SET @error = 10”.

Is it allowed for certification that we check data in the SBO_SP_TransactionNotification stored procedure and set a non-zero value in the @error parameter?

Thanks in advance for the answer.

Regards,

Jeffrey

Hello Jeffrey,

I am sorry that noone had replied to your request so far!

It seems that the FAQ would need to be updated to comply with the Test Plan...

...B1 R&D had reported some problems around the blocking of transactions in the SP - and therefore the Test Plan had been modified not to allow that.

However, it seems that R&D fixed the problem - instead of applying other changes - so that hopefully the Test Plan for B1 version 2007 can be updated to allow blocking.

I (or SAP ICC) will update this thread then accordingly.

Sorry for any inconvenience,

Frank
