Buttons change in an at random way from icons to text buttons

Hello,

Our developers are complaining that on their tool bar, icons change to text buttons at a random way. This happens on a short interval in several transactions without them changing something.

Anybody has an idea how this can happen ?

Can you give more details?.. when and where this happen... i have seen a problem like that in the past when using ITS and was due to a published version issue.

Thank for responding.

Personally I was not able to reproduce the problem. But developers keep complaining.

Could this have something to do with the network speed (I believe they have a lower speed connection than I have).

The example they have sent me was in transaction VL02N but it seems this occurs in other transactions as well.

They logon via traditional SAPLOGON.

I have read some notes about languages, but they always logon in the same language and experience the problem in the same session.

This might sound funny but make sure they dont have the "Low speed connection" option enabled in the SAPGui...
