How will i know that the wheather purchase order is new or revised,please help me out tables and fields

U can also activate version management for the same & track the changes in the document.

Hi,
Open the PO using ME22N and go to environment in menu bar and selct Header changes or item changes to check whether any changes had been taken place in the PO.
