Alpha Conversion From R/3

Hi all,

I am getting error RSAR 196 in BW 7.0 while loading 0CUSTOMER.it has ALPHA conversion setting in Infoobject definition with data type CHAR and length 10 Source system is R/3 and data is coming from field KUNNR which also has the alpha conversion setting in R/3 with datatype CHAR and length 10. There is no routine in Transfer Rule and Update Rule for alpha conversion. This error msg is not with the all records but for few records. For these erroneous records correct records are also available in PSA.

For Exam.

Record '0000001234'(Correct record) and '1234'(erroneous record) both are present in PSA.This is the similar case in RSA3 when i extract the data. But in RSA3 it shows these two records like '1234' and '1234' not padded with zeros. After that i checked the records in Customer table KNA1 then i found a single records '0000001234'.

Questions:

1. Why i am not able to see the zeros before the records in RSA3.

2. why the records are duplicating in RSA3 if they are not duplicated in KNA1.

3. The error generating in PSA for record '123' is coz of duplicate records in RSA3?
