Hello-
You can set up a Smartform Style in the Transaction: SMARTSTYLES
In that style, you'll need to set up a Character Format for Bold, Italics, Underline, etc.
Just FYI, this is also where you'll set up paragraph formats such as Left Justified, Right Justified, Centered, etc.
Then go to your smartform and in the and in the "Form Attributes" section click on the "Output Options" tab.
Put the name of your style in the Style blank, then once you are editing a text in your smartform, you will see your formats.
