Hi

For handling this type of sceanrio we should use the concept of BPM and in the BPM use the control part for sending the MAIL alert to the concern person.

now in the alert configraution use the UDF for defing it and in the UDF define the particular idoc number if there is any problem.

Thanks

Hi Phani

Normally you should set up the CCMS Monitoring on the receiving SAP Backend.

Find more information under

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/90/c4b523c4c411d2a5ee0060087832f8/frameset.htm

Here you should also find possibilities to set up a mail in case of errors.

Depends where you want this alert to go... do you want someone to receive an email?

One way to dothis is to use BPM and have an exception branch based on the acknowledgement that SAP would send back with IDoc status in it...
