Support Packages' download status are "Request approval"

Hi,

When trying to download some support packages such as:

- SAPK-20011INWFMCORE

- SAPK-40010INCPRXRPM, - SAPK-40011INCPRXRPM

, the download status of these are "Request approval" & the "Download to PC" button is blur.

How to fix this error to download the SPs?

Hi,

From SAP point of view (even if I personally disagree), this is not a bug.

You have to use Solution Manager to "approve" your downloads...

Thanks.

But I still can download almost SPs, except some latest SPs like I mentioned before.

My Sol Man system is not configured much, so can you tell me in details about how to approve these needed SPs.
