Hi,
When trying to download some support packages such as:
- SAPK-20011INWFMCORE
- SAPK-40010INCPRXRPM, - SAPK-40011INCPRXRPM
, the download status of these are "Request approval" & the "Download to PC" button is blur.
How to fix this error to download the SPs?

Hi,
From SAP point of view (even if I personally disagree), this is not a bug.
You have to use Solution Manager to "approve" your downloads...
