Workflow stop and does not complete

Dear Experts,

I encounter a problem for accounting std. workflow WS00400032, this workflow is for post park document.However, after I release the park document using workflow, the workflow stops there and does not go to the next step.

Has anyone encounter such kind of problems?

check whether there is any terminating event attached to the responsible task.

and also check whether that particular event is getting triggered when you post it.

Hi,

1. Pls check the Wf log as one of our friends has suggested. If there is any error, you will know it from the log.

2. Also have a look at ST22 if there are any dumps in system while execution of this step.

Hi,

It seems Event is Wait for deletion for Post parked document.

Did you check in SWEL Trace? Event has been triggered or not check for Parked.

And check for background task in SWI2_FREQ.

did you see this in the Graphical display ?

if yes, probably there would be a message at the point where it has stopped.

could you check what message does it show in the Graphical display.

Generally, No Agents found would be the message (though I do not know where your WF has stopped) .
