IB page not showing up

Hi all,

I am getting an error while i try to open my Integration builder page. It says:

"An internal error occurred. Contact you XI administrator

javax.xml.parsers.FactoryConfigurationError: Provider org.apache.xerces.jaxp.DocumentBuilderFactoryImpl not found"

Can anybody help me in solving this?

Check ur JavaWebSrart. If not possible update the thread.

Restart dint help, Still i'm having the same error.

Hi,

Click on Java WebStart..

Set the Property File-->Preferences-Proxy to None
