Update a table

Experts,

I need to update a z table, which is actually the master data mapping table, that will be used as a reference by a program.

When i go to se16 and enter the Z Table name, it mentions " a maintainence view exists for table ZTable"

Can someone guide me as to how i can update this table.

Go to T-code SM30 and update
