I am searching in help.sap.com for the difference between xsd:int and xsd:integer
But not able to find anything there in. Can anybody tell me the difference between these two ?? when we will use xsd:int and when we will use xsd:integer ??

These are not specific to XI. These are in general to xsd.
xsd:int 32-bit signed integers
xsd:integer Signed integers of arbitrary length
