Help: Alerts for synchronous messages

Hi everyone,

I'm unable to see Alerts in Alert Inbox for errors in Synchronous messages.

We are not using BPM for this synchronous interface.

Even when I run the report RSALERTDISP I dont find any message even though I find an error in sxmb_moni for the same.

The alerts are generated properly for asyn messages with errors in AE or IE.

FYI: we are on PI 7.0 SP12

Hi,

Run this report in SA38 and check why the alerts are not generated.

SXMSALERT_LOGREADER.

Guys,

My problem has been resloved.

We had supressed the mulitple alert otion and did not cinfrim one of the existing alerts in Alert Inbox.

That was the reason! Things are working fine now!

I see errors in sxmb_moni but no alerts are genered for them either in alert inbox or when i run the report RSALERTDISP
